Journalism Summer School for Youth in Tallinn 2023: June 12 – 16
The Journalism Summer School for Youth 2023 will take place in Tallinn, Estonia for the seventh time. The project is organized by the Centre for Media Studies at Stockholm School of Economics in Riga in partnership with Estonian Public Broadcasting (ERR) Russian-language channels RusERR news portal, ETV+ and Radio 4. The programme will be led by well-known professional journalists and media experts. The project is supported by the Swedish Institute and the Swedish Embassy in Estonia.
The scholarship programme ensures free participation, meals and networking opportunities for all the participants throughout the week.
During the project, participants will meet previous years’ alumni who will share their experience of working in media.
The aim of the Summer School is to educate and inspire future Russian-speaking young journalists. After the Summer School all the participants will have an opportunity to publish their works on a special platform at rus.err.ee. In August-September the follow-up training with Radio 4 will take place. Later in autumn, the best young authors will receive prizes and letters of recommendation.

25 Russian-speaking young people from Tallinn with the interest in journalism.
14 – 17 y.o.
Training will be in Russian language.
The results will be announced by June 7, 2023. The organizers will personally contact those applicants, who will be chosen to participate.
