Award-winning investigative editor and reporter. For 14 years, until 2018, Nils was an executive producer for Mission Investigate, Swedish Television (SVT). He has more than 30 years of experience and has covered around 500 investigations. During the last two years of his leadership, the program won ten international awards. One story, with him as an editor, Deceptive Diplomacy – Cover-up by the UN, won in 2019 both the IRE and Emmy Awards. His handbook on investigative journalism has become a classic in Sweden. She has won two Emmy awards and has a master's in environmental science from Yale University.
Yevheniia Motorevska leads the War Crimes Team of the Kyiv Independent. She has been working in investigative journalism for over eight years. She has previously served as the editor-in-chief of the Ukrainian media outlet Hromadske and headed the video department of the investigative journalism agency Slidstvo.Info. Prior to the onset of the full-scale war, she had been investigating corruption and abuse of power within the judicial and law enforcement systems.

Based in Sarajevo, Miranda Patrucic is an award winning investigative reporter and regional editor for OCCRP focusing on Central Asia, the Balkans and the Caucasus. Highlights of her work include exposing billions in bribes in Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, uncovering hidden assets of Azerbaijani, Montenegrin and Central Asian ruling elites. She collaborated with the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) on a project involving tobacco smuggling, the US$ 4 billion black market in endangered bluefin tuna, Swiss Leaks and Panama Papers and Paradise Papers. She is the recipient of the Knight International Journalism Award, the Global Shining Light Award, the IRE Tom Renner Award, the Daniel Pearl Award and the European Press Prize. She is much in demand worldwide for training journalists on how to investigate and uncover corruption, money laundering and how to follow the money. Earlier this year, Miranda was appointed editor-in-chief of the OCCRP.
Olga Simanovych has more than 13 years of television experience as a journalist, screenwriter, and managing editor. Seven of those years were spent as a TV news reporter for the “Vikna-Novyny” program on STB, where she specialized in covering politics, environment, human rights and medicine. From 2011 to 2016, she worked as a media trainer with different nonprofit organizations and participated in SCOOP‘s international investigations.
Olof Lundh is one of Sweden's leading sports journalists He is a columnist and reporter at Swedish TV
channel TV4 and its website Fotbollskanalen since 2006, where he has a podcast and a blog. Writes
columns about money, sports and politics every other week in the business paper Dagens Industri.

Rune Ytreberg is data editor at the data journalism lab in the Norwegian newspaper iTromsø. The lab uses artificial intelligence to strengthen investigative journalism and build new editorial tools for the local newspapers in the Polaris Media Group. Ytreberg has a background as an investigative data journalist and has been awarded both the SKUP and Norwegian data journalism awards for his data-driven investigations. He teaches AI-supported investigative journalism at universities and newsrooms.
Matiss Arnicans is a journalist for an investigative TV programme “de facto”, broadcasted each Sunday on Public Television in Latvia (LTV). He has worked for mass media over than 15 years. Possess experience being a correspondent for Public Radio in Latvia and largest daily newspaper “Diena”. LTV programme “de facto” is a weekly programme devoted to storylines that are based on journalistic researches. Mr Matiss Arnicans’s central themes currently covered within his professional work are devoted to financial sector, criminal investigations, especially corruption.
Based in Tbilisi, Georgia, Eric Barrett joined OCCRP in 2019 and is the data desk manager. He works with OCCRP journalists and member centers leveraging data to support investigations that shine a light on corruption. Previously, he directed Georgia’s first data non-profit, JumpStart Georgia, and later managed technology and security at Azerbaijan’s leading independent media outlet in exile, MeydanTV.
Guna Gleizde is journalist at Latvian TV show Nekā personīga. The show airs weekly and involves analytic and investigative stories. Along revealings money laundering, corruption and more Nekā personīga is creating now tools that advance transparancy. Before joining the Nekā personīga team Guna has worked as editor at Delfi and in print media.
Axel Gordh Humlesjö is an Emmy award-winning investigative reporter at Mission Investigate, SVT, the Swedish public broadcaster. He specialises in money laundering, corruption and cross border-reporting. His new book with Lars Berge,” The Honeytrap”, exposes the infiltration from the Russian security service into Swedbank in Sweden and the Baltics. In 2023, he was an IRE finalist for the documentary ”Putins Spies in Sweden”.
Maria Georgieva is an award-winning investigative journalist working for Swedish public television's current affairs program "Mission investigate (Uppdrag Granskning). She combines investigative journalism with data and classic fieldwork. Previously, she was based in Moscow for almost 8 years, and has uncovered Chechen strongman Ramzan Kadyrov's killing campaigns on Chechen dissidents, rounded up in the investigation 'The Russian Hitmen'.
She worked up sources crucial for the Ericsson list project, based on leaked internal reports from Ericsson – she was a part of the team which revealed that Ericsson sought permission from the Islamic State terrorists to continue its work in Iraq after the caliphate was announced. She was nominated for the Swedish Grand Prize in journalism in 2022 and was selected as a finalist for best investigation by the International Reporters and Editors jury (IRE) in 2023. Maria speaks fluent Russian and has reported for Swedish and international media, such as The Guardian, The Telegraph, Swedish public radio, morning paper Svenska Dagbladet and Coda Story. Maria also has experience working with open-source data and has previously collaborated with journalist networks such as Bellingcat and hackers from the Dossier Center.
