Summer School on Investigative Reporting

Among the seminar’s firsts is the ABC of investigating climate change with Agnes Walton, a double Emmy-winner who has worked for the New York Times. Another first is how to do investigative reporting in the closed world of sports and a one-day workshop on how to use AI for investigative reporting.

As always, the OCCRP team, under the leadership of Miranda Patrucic, will give their two-day exclusive program on how to reveal corruption and organized crime.

Agnes Walton is a journalist and video producer whose work focuses on human lives, science and politics on a changing planet. She currently teaches climate reporting at the Norwegian Institute for Journalism and has been a Senior Video Journalist for New York Times Opinion, a documentary film and news producer for VICE News Tonight on HBO and was the host of environmental true crime podcast The Crisis. She has won two Emmy awards and has a master’s in environmental science from Yale University.
